Momentrum Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Momentrum. By registering for, accessing or purchasing through Momentrum, you agree to these Terms.
Momentrum is a content-creation service delivered primarily through Telegram. Depending on your plan and the features available, Momentrum may provide content ideas, scripts, carousels, videos and related creator tools. Features may be introduced, changed, improved, temporarily unavailable or discontinued as the service develops.
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for maintaining access to the Telegram account and other details connected to your Momentrum account. You may not use another person's account without authorization or misuse Momentrum in a way that interferes with the service or other users.
Plans, purchases and credits
Momentrum may offer free access, paid subscriptions, credits and one-time purchases. Prices and the features included with each offering are shown at the point of purchase. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable unless Momentrum expressly allows it, and may only be used for eligible Momentrum services. You are responsible for reviewing purchase details before confirming payment.
If you purchase a recurring subscription, it provides access to the benefits described for that plan for the applicable subscription period. Renewal, cancellation and billing are subject to the terms presented at purchase and the rules of the payment platform used. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals where supported but does not automatically reverse a payment already completed.
Content and acceptable use
Momentrum provides content to help users create and publish their own material. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing or using it and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws, platform rules, advertising requirements and any obligations that apply to you. You may not use Momentrum for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity, or attempt to exploit, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Availability and generated content
Momentrum aims to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every generated or prepared output will be error-free or suitable for every purpose. Automated services and third-party providers can occasionally fail or produce unexpected results. Where a paid fulfilment fails, Momentrum may retry delivery, restore the relevant credit or purchase entitlement, or provide another reasonable remedy depending on the circumstances.
Momentrum's brand, software, workflows, templates, designs and other proprietary service materials remain the property of Momentrum or their respective licensors. Subject to these Terms and any third-party rights, you may use content delivered to you through Momentrum for your own lawful content-creation and publishing purposes. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or commercially redistribute Momentrum's underlying service, templates, systems or proprietary materials without permission.
Momentrum uses third-party platforms and service providers to operate. Your use of Telegram, payment services and other third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and policies. Momentrum is not responsible for outages or changes caused solely by services outside our reasonable control.
Suspension or termination
Momentrum may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with law, enforce these Terms or address serious misuse. You may stop using Momentrum at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Momentrum is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service, loss of platform reach or revenue, decisions made using delivered content, or failures caused by third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Momentrum may update these Terms as the product develops. The current version will be made available through an official Momentrum channel or public policy page. Continued use after an update may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
